Gold Award Winning, Distilled in Sussex
Gins That Burst With Sussex Spirit

Our Difference
We make our alcohol from scratch to a unique recipe — a traditional approach that gives us complete control over texture, purity, and balance long before botanicals ever touch the still.
Most modern gins begin with bought-in neutral spirit. We however, choose to start earlier.
For flavour, we use vapour infusion. Instead of boiling botanicals in alcohol, fragrant alcohol vapour gently passes through them, lifting delicate aromas without extracting harsh bitterness. It’s a slower, more demanding method — but the result is a cleaner, more elegant gin.
This combination of traditional spirit-making and vapour infusion produces a gin that’s naturally smooth, aromatically expressive, precise rather than overpowering
It’s not the easiest or quickest way to make gin.
It’s the way we believe it should be made.
Classic London Dry
Perfected from eight traditional botanicals, with red grapefruit and orange at the heart of the recipe.
The citrus character is bright but controlled, giving lift on the nose and palate without sharpness.
Defined by its remarkable smoothness, the profile is clean, rounded, and precise — a London Dry crafted to premium standards and comfortable enjoyed neat over ice as readily as it is mixed.
Awarded Gold at the Global Gin Masters, judged blind against more than 500 gins from across the UK and internationally.

Sussex Honey
Sussex Honey is a gin defined by its versatility. Lightly sweet, exceptionally smooth, and carefully balanced, it’s designed to work across a wide range of serves rather than being confined to a single style or occasion.
Raw honey sourced from local hives across the South Downs is used sparingly to soften and round the spirit, adding gentle warmth without obscuring the botanicals.
The sweetness is subtle and controlled — present, but never dominant.
Because of this balance, Sussex Honey works just as comfortably with tonic as it does with ginger ale, sparkling serves, or as a refined base for cocktails. It behaves like a gin first, offering flexibility rather than prescribing how it should be enjoyed.
Smooth, distinctive, and quietly confident, Sussex Honey offers a different expression of gin — one that’s designed to be enjoyed not explained.

Our Team
Arundel Gin is the creation of husband and wife team Ed and Kay Coppard.
Both grew up in Sussex, but it was Arundel that became central to their story — first as a place to spend time together after meeting in 2011, and later as the setting for the life they chose to build.
Now living locally with their twin daughters, after whom the distillery is named, Arundel remains part of everyday life. Much of the character of the gin is drawn from time spent outdoors — walks along the Arun, long summer evenings, and a shared appreciation for the quieter rhythms of Sussex.
Kay is the creative driving force behind Arundel Gin, shaping its visual identity and how the brand is experienced. Ed oversees operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and care at every stage from bottling through to fulfilment.
Arundel Gin was created with a clear sense of place and purpose — shaped by its surroundings, and guided by the belief that some things are worth taking time over.

Awards & Recognition
Quality should speak for itself — but when it’s recognised independently, it really means something to us.
Just a few months after launch, Arundel Gin was awarded Gold at the Global Gin Masters, one of the world’s leading blind-tasting spirits competitions, judged by industry experts against hundreds of gins from around the world.
We’re also very proud to carry the Made Not Mixed mark — awarded only to spirits that are genuinely distilled, rather than simply blended from bought-in alcohol and flavourings, as many commercial gins are today.
Together, these recognitions reflect our commitment to making gin properly, with care, precision, and integrity at every stage.
