Returns & Refund Policy
Items cannot be returned if they’ve been opened or if the tamper seal has been removed.
If the product is still in a sealed and resaleable condition it can be returned to us for a full refund (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of purchase but please do not return a product without contacting us first. The product must be securely and safely packaged so that it reaches us in an undamaged condition and a refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us to discuss either a refund or exchange (photos of damaged goods will be required)
Delivery Information
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Sorry but we can only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
We use a specialist courier and cannot deliver your order if we are unable to confirm that it is being made to someone aged over 18. We operate a 'Challenge 25' policy and our delivery driver will be required to see a form of photo ID (passport or photocard driving licence) to confirm the name and age of the person accepting delivery.
